Ok, you know how tower shield is universal, and there also different shields that work only on one class? Well, since weakness is universal there should also be different weaknesses that work only on one class. There could be a new trainer move in, or maybe someone like Gamma could train these spells like say...
Dampen life -40% next outgoing life attack Dampen myth -40% next outgoing myth attack Dampen death -35% next outgoing death attack or steal Dampen ice -35% next outgoing ice attack Dampen fire -40% next outgoing fire attack Dampen storm -45% next outgoing storm attack
To tell difference between weaknesses and dispels, weaknesses could look like the rusted sword with spikes around like balance's weakness except be colored in the schools colors. Some people might say these are overpowered, and you can lessen them a little but be sure to make them minus a little more then the actual weakness because school shields are stronger then tower shield.

You neglected to include a generic Dampener.
Do you mean by generic all schools? if so there already is the weakness.

So alter Weakness, make it reduce the Damage by a greater amount, lower the Accuracy (I think a good Accuracy for the Dampeners would be about 80%), and call it "Dampen All."
