I want to enable free chat so i can type what I want to say when i want to. When i go to enable it (I have a parents permission) it says i need ot subscribe.
Is there an option to store a credit card number for verification without purchase?
I am a big fan of open chat for 18+ players, and I myself have open chat, but I do wish it was more accessible for older players. Filter chat is frustrating and Menu Chat...don't get me started. I won't even accept a friend request from someone with only menu chat. Poor li'l folks. :?
