Fire Damage Boost from Armors & DOTs

Is it intended that the bonus to damage from gear not effect any spells that deal damage over multiple rounds?

This is very apparent to anyone who plays fire, only spell buffs such as blade seem to actually increase the damage, but not any gear.

This is a bug that will be fixed shortly. Thank you for reporting it.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
