I was in Chelsea Court and couldn't access either the instanced area for Shakes O'Leary or Timmy Icepick. The medallions were glowing but the prompt to press X to enter never showed up.
To clarify this I have already beaten Shakes O'Leary once and I got into Timmy Icepick's hideout once but didn't win the battle. Now I can't get back into Timmy Icepick's place so I can't go any further in Chelsea Court.
