i have found the beetle in the altar of the kings but my quest book tells me that i didn't and i had help defeating krokapatra so now her and mer minions are not there but my quest book still shows that i have to defeat her. i have been back to defeat her but she is not there. any ideas on how to clear these quests.

Go to your quest log, and in the quest for Krokopatra, click on the "review dialogue" bubble and read what you are supposed to do. Does it say to "talk to someone" or "do something else"?
