well first to get frostzilla you need to be storm or ice if not dont try next you need the money to mix then go to wizard city pet pavilion then go into the big building there is a cat in there he looks like a doctor then find some one if ice find a storm if storm find ice then hatch together you may or may not get the pet you wanted to it is a risk be carefull
