Help me with the vault of ice!!!!

I'm on the quest where I have to defeat the keeper of the fang. But the doors to the keeper of the fang will not open. And the book makes it more confusing. Will someone tell me what I'm doing wrong

there are three others you must defeat in order to unlock the vault.

carefully run the halls and you will see three other halls
in each of these you must go and defeat the banshee and ghost in side.
take help with you but dont let them enter the duel till you have thrown your first spell.

I have the same problem! I'm trying to collect the rubbings from the obelisk but it will not let me in! I have that problem too!

I am also going to do that quest so the both of us should be able to work it out. I am Edward Stormsword, level 21 diviner as of 8/8/10. ;) ;) ;)
