fighting multiple enemies

I think that when you are fighting multiple enemies you should get to go first as often as possible.

If you are strong enough to fight two or more foes, you are strong enough to allow the starting side be random.

The problem with that is that it isn't fair to your enemies. They should randomly be able to go first sometimes, too.
