what lv is okay to be in marleybone?

Probably you did a lot of side quests or that you didn't continue the story line yet and when you do go to marleybone you'll be more powerful then the O'learys

I'd say that is a better level than I am at. I'm not even lvl 30 yet and I'm seriously having a hard time navigating around in it. It's ridiculous and to me, seems like is going to take forever to get through.

You need to finish Kroketopia. So it depends if you level up in other placeswhat level you will be in.
