Please stop nerfing storm as damage dealers

Every time new blades are introduced in this game, whether as new spells or on pets and the like, the discrepancy between how hard storm can hit and how hard everyone else can hit is comparitively dropped as all other schools are given higher pecentage blades than storm is given. That balance school is allowed to use blades at all is a joke since there is no defense against balance attacks, except the generic tower shield applicable to everyone. That fire is made more and more powerful in attack comparitive to storm is very frustrating. Storm is given the lowest life, the lowest chance to cast, am also told the lowest probability to find pets and stuff as drops in the game. They are supposed to be the most powerful school, the damage dealers and yet everyone else is given the higher percent blades. It just seems that storm is constantly being nerfed, while the other schools are more and more allowed to do storm like damage.

Storm gets lower percent probably because their base damage is higher than any other school. For example Life gets 40% because it has low base damage, unlike storm which the kraken has more damage than the centaur.

Balance is supposedly a support school, that is why they have so many blades.
Fire's helephant does nearly 100 tonearly 400 more damage, Fire Dragon is nearly impossible to trap, while Storm Lord can stun. Storm also has the highest increasing accuracy clothes, while having a couple of more ways to increase attack then other schools.

Srsly :? come on storm is awesome but it cant be the best school because it would be unfair.
when storm gets more lvl you start to get gear that boost the fizzle rate so it can miss less. and fire does do a little more damage but only because it does damage over time but storm can kill right away. so the only thing really that bad about it is its heath. And the increses, do you use windstorm ,because it is the only spell that put traps on all opponents. storm also has the only spell that attacks all oppoents and can be weak as heck or storger then anything. (tempest) I have a storm and its doing great.

Did you even think about this before you just got upset? Think about this, lets say i'm death, my attacks are moderate, and my health is pretty good. But my attacks still arent very strong, so i need to get as many boosts as i can to do damage. Since the base value of the attack is lower, all the boosts are pretty much null and void, because the attack can only get so strong because of the low base.

Now with storm, you have basically (this is on malistaire's storm cloak) a spell that has a base of 900-1000. SO, 30% more, plus 25%, plus 30% more, with a (grandmaster everything) boost of about 30%, is going to do a lot more than a warith with (still the malistaire's school cloak) 575, with a 40% more, a 35% more, and a 30% more, with a (grandmaster everything again) 30% gear boost. If you don't believe, do the math. Storm still does more, and the only reason for the less accuracy is because it is so strong, plus you GET accuracy when you get you grand robes, and you have a spell that increases accuracy. All of the little handicaps are just because you are so much better, and even with them you still are the best. Please, think aobut the thing you are ranting about before you rant, you dont see me ranting about how life enemies shield so much, so lay off. Its just part of the game. Plus, if you are having a low drop rate, that just means you arent getting lucky. The game drops items from enemies by a random formula, so really its not like anyone is guranteed anything.

The main difference between storm and fire in my eyes is that it is near impossible to keep fire shields up against fire attacks so fire attacks are way easier to get through then storm attacks are. Now with dissipate, storm shields, and all of the other such blocking cards it is kind of difficult to attack anything with storm that wants to defend itself. Storms only hope is to be able to do enough damage through all of the damage reductions to cause damage. Fire simply casts a dragon or fire elf or whatever and has no problems. No one seems to look at the difficulty in being able to get an attack to do damage against defenses in the game. Balance is a complete joke in this as it is supposed to be a middle damage school, and yet both the higher and the lower damage schools (life, myth) have school shields that can be used against them. Fire, ice, and storm can all be dissipated cause they are considered higher damage schools, while life and myth can not be. It is really obscene that balance with one of the highest damage hitting cards in the game (judgement) can not be dispelled and does not have a school shield against it. When you think about it, do you really place ice damage above balance damage in terms of game play? And as to stun, stun has been nerfed, can only stun once now unless you pretty much kill someone and they are healed back to life. Sure later in the game storm can get its accuracy up, but it has to wear certain equipment for that, and even then it has substantially lower life than everyone else and is made very difficult to break through and get passed defenses and that is a very overlooked topic.
