can anyone tell me where old smokey is in the counterweight east? i have just went through but i didnt see him. i need his death robe for my death guy. if anyone can tell me why he disappeared i will be glad.

Old Smokey has found a new place to hang out - look for him in the Ironworks
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
