Going to the Dorms.

I have a Level 50, Level 49, and Level 40 wizards. I want to begin the journey to Celestia on my level 50 wizard, but my level 49 wizard holds my only mount. When I go to my dorms to put the mount in my shared bank, my computer freezes! This has happened twice now.

This happens on all my Wizards when I go to the dorms. Any walk-around someone knows about? Please help.

P.S - New to forums. If any tips please share them with me. :)

Try running around in the dorm for a few seconds to see if you can clear whatever is freezing.

If that doesn't work, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the game to fix the possibly corrupted files.

If neither of those work, send in a ticket to Support.

Just a little extra info. I found out last night. When an item is not loaded in my dorms it will download it. When it reaches 39% complete, it freezes.
