Boris Blackrock drops the deck, as for the ring.... you dont even have to ask, if you know who drops the robe then you should know who drops the ring and athame.

The gurtoks in the Great Spyre drops the GRAND rings and athames for all the schools. Ivan Soulsinger may drop an ice ring, but it is only the level 45+ that is no auction. It is NOT the one for level 50+.
can anyone tell me where the grand ice ring and deck is if there is a deck plz

so boris blackrock in the crucible has the deck and fire bender in great spyre has the ring oh and BTW there is not grand deck but there is a deck that isn't deck of the ice wyrm which has 60 cards instead of 55 idk what it's called but as my final statement boris has the best ice deck
