When i hit level 25, the headmaster sent me a message sayin something about a package. I dind't read it all because, well, i tend to do that alot. Does anyone know what it says?

OMG!! Everybody else is posting that Merle Ambrose calls them and doesn't have anything to say! Now here's someone that he actually talked to and they didn't listen... Go figure...
He was probably telling you to visit Grizzelheim, if you haven't gone back there lately.
Or, if he mentioned a "package", he might have been telling you about the Pet Pavilion that just opened. And he does give you a package to deliver there. Check your quest log.
