I need to play with some people who speak french or from france ^^

Je parle un peu de francais :)

The problem, however, is how would you be able to communicate through the dictionary chat, since it's primarily English words only?

yeah sure you can only speak english in the game but when the game is windowed u can speak in other chat ( example msn ) both u play the game ^^
