Disconnection?

Why do players get disconnected due to inactivity? ( I know one reason, not to be a landmark. ) And when a player has the sign on their screen, they see their wizard but other players don't?

I know this happened when I was fighting the plague oni and it logged me off, so I had to start the dungeon again!

Yeah this happened to me at Krokankhamen's lair ( Palace Of Fire ) that's the main reason why i posted this.
