i can't remember what i am to do to get the ice medallion how do i findout :(

If you mean the amulet for a certain level, then I suggest going to Wizard101 Central.

The quest, which is Ice-school specific, is "The Ice Man Cometh", and to get the Ice Medallion, you have to beat the Frost Colossus. This Boss is located in the Grand Arena.
