Where can I find a Mander pet?

Well it depends which one your searching for. :-D Here is a list of all of them just pick the one you need!
Fire Salamander comes from Prince Manu Nirini (Throne of Fire)
Storm Salamander comes from Prince Aka Karanahn (Karanahn Palace, Tomb of Storms)
Ice Mander comes from Krokosphinx Island (Pet Shopkepper)

Actually, I got a fire Mander from a duel with one of the Princes, he does give a card. I don't know about the other Mander pets.
