History of storm magic

I'm level 40 and have had the wizard city quest to find the different books since about level 10. I have all of them except the history of storm magic from Triton Avenue It's really starting to annoy me as i've looked everywhere. Please help me find it! :? :? :?

the book is in the harvest lord's tower. Usually the books are in a bosses tower, so don't forget to check them.

Try fighting the Harvest Lord in Triton Avenue. 8)
