Help on finding Otomo Courier *I found him*

So Otomo Courier is not WANDERING you have to go to were the arrow says to go then fight the pig outlaws then they appar *Note* All the people that said Otomo Courier is a WANDERING Enamy was wrong

I don't know what Ottomo Courier you are talking about, but I just came from Mooshu and he is definitely wandering. He is running around on the road between all the other little piggies. It was the same with all of the other four wizards I took thru there too.
