I have done firecat alley defeated its boss and the same with cyclops and trinton. I was called by ambrose but he gave no other quest to do

You have to defeat all of Wizard City with the exception of Sunken City. I did that when I was lvl 38. lol. Just make sure all of your quests are done. Then you should be able to go to the oasis in Krokotopia.
