I can't find Cyrus Drake?

I need to give him a message from Nolan Stormgate but he's not in his school of myth? But that's where the arrow tracker is telling me to go.

I had the same problem. he is across the street in the school of myth. The arrow points to his office and is wrong. Happy Gaming! :D
