I was wondering where you got a specific item, mainly the ring that is class-specific and gives around 200-250 hit points (depending on your school), about 10% power pip chance and 5% school damage. I've seen a couple people (but very few) run around with these rings and I've struggled to find out where. The W101 wikia doesn't know (I've done a search for the balance ring, which is called the Jewel of Nullification) and I've never had a chance to get to ask anyone where they got theirs.
Can anyone enlighten me on where you go or what you fight to get these rings?
