Wild bolt is like oxygen. Some people need it to live, but the higher you get, the less you see of it.
PvP isn't designed for lower levels. The system is too flawed. So if you want to do some PvP, go finish Krokotopia and come back to play when it was designed for you, and the playing field is much more even.
I have a better idea! Why not raise the rank of wild bolt from rank 2 to rank 4 And if they do, I don't think people will be willing to wait four turns! Muahahahaha!
