Where exactly are Helgrind and Winterdeep ?

Saw a post that they are sub areas but I can't find either using the map and the questhelper won't work for the yardbird and book quests.

I have already defeated Jotun so wondering if this has caused a problem?

If anyone can give me the specific area they are in I would be grateful

the moment I saw you had no answers, I knew I had to reply. Go to the grizzleheim commons, pull up the map, and find nidvallader (or something like that). straight through that doors are your answers.
