Normal Pips -If your second school is stronger than your normal school, its harder to use the second school spells because of the non-stop power pips that Grandmasters+Masters, etc get.
-They make it take longer to use higher pip spells(ignoreing the donate pips, power play, etc)
-it's easier to use your second school spells if its better Power pips -it takes less turns to use strong spells
-it defeats the purpose of passing alot.
So what do you think is the better, power pips or normal pips.
power pips of course. For in school spells they count double and for out of school spells they count the same as a normal pip. It's kinda a weird question you asked, the choice is easy.
