i use to have wizard101 downloaded, then delted it for a while then came back, redownloaded it, but i seem to have a few new problems 1. the people i talk to(cps) dont talk sometimes like the lost lieutenant quest 2. Sometimes my music stops for no reason.
is there any way this can be fixed? besides delet and redownload
You can try to re download but if all the problems are in the sound then I would look on your side for the problem. I would look up your computer on the website it come from ( dell, gatewat, ect.. ) and look to see what sound card you have then I would download the latest driver for that card. Most problems can be solved by doing this. (updating drivers. ) once this is done re install the game and you should be ok. If the problem persist then you need to send a dx diag file to support@wizard101.com You can get this file by hitting the run button in the start menu then typing in dxdiag. when you do this save the report and send it as an attackment to the email I supplied. they should be able to narrow down your problem from there!
