Grizzleheim islands. . .

When will we have them? On the newest commercial for wizard101, I saw a house that looked like it was in Grizzleheim. I went on wizard101, ran to the Grizzleheim housing shop, and there was no house. So, I ask when will there be Grizzleheim houses?
