my friend says that she had to download wizard101 again and it's still being weird. she says she can't see our clother or hers. idk if it's fixed yet, or if that is the only problem. regardless, anyone know why this is happening and what she can do about it? thanks.
Relax young Wizard, you answered your own question. Because your friend is playing on a new installation of the game, she has to download everything again, this includes her and other players clothing, creatures, buildings, etc.
There will be a small 'downloading' icon in the upper left telling her she is downloading. Once everything is downloaded, items and clothing will appear the same.
She can check to make sure that the items she is wearing are correct, by going to her backpack and looking at their stats and names.
