To place the game in Windowed Mode you must place it in a Resolution that is lower than your monitor. If your monitor's resolution is 1024 x 768 for example, you'll need to set the game to a resolution LOWER than 1024 x 768.
The option to set the game to Windowed will light up when you are able to run it that way.
