Hi there I just started playing wizard 101 this month and lately I keep crashing to the desktop. Other times the game will freeze or my monitor will go blank and says no signal, in both cases I have to press the power button for a hard restart. I have unistalled and reinstalled graphic drivers but the problem persists.

We have the tech support you need, but we need more information from you, young Wizard!
If you have any questions or concerns regarding game or account matters, please send an email to: support@wizard101.com . Please include your account username and a DxDiag.
A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user's hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information in an email, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.
To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run it's course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.
I have some of the same problems only it tells me "this area is closed" then it cant reconnect back to the server and i am booted out.
Its not my computer or the internet and all my files are fine, every thing on my end is fine,it seems to be a server problem on the other end, like not enought servers for the 5mil+ ppl that play.
Me an my wife really do like playing:-) we cant enjoy it if area are closed or if your servers are full,so guys/ladies please fix this problem.
