like i said in the dragon's claw quest topic, the claws will either be empty, like you are seeing right now, or they will have a yellow key, with green wisp like lights floating around it, if you see an empty claw, move on, there are three in the area, if none have a key, switch realms, it takes a few tries, but eventually you will find a key. quest helper is working properly and is pointing to where the keys would be, nothing you have to fight, just keep searching the claws, and switching realms until you find the key, took me hours to figure it out, couldnt find help, but now that i know how, i am going to share it for all :D
