The level 48 Life spell quest is what I'm doing. It has now led to a person in the Labrynth, but the sigels won't light up and I can't get in. Can someone please tell me why not? Is it broken or what? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!

You can't get into the Labyrinth until you get it as a regular quest. There are a number of schools that work that way. You won't be able to get the spell until you have the quest as part of the regular quest progression.
