Unfortunately the only people that can help you is another Balance School Student and honestly, unless they are doing the same quest, I don't believe they can help you if they already did it. Some of the quests are made for your school ONLY and you can't have anyone help you it seems. There are towers, such as Golem Tower, that you come across with the same problem. If you can't do it, think on how you can change your strategy to do it.
