Can you connect to the normal server? Was this just a temporary problem? Just yelling about something and flashing money won't get you any extra help with technical issues.
It took me 45 mins to do the patch download Saturday night as everyone and their brother was downloading at the same time. It was busier on the test realm than on the normal realm. Once everyone has had their download, times will be better.
