How do you get into the new tower in Ravenwood? I have seen it but all i see are the portals for dungeons but none of them light up. Please, someone help me. I found the shopkeeper but cannot seem to figure out the tower.

They made some changes to fit the halloween theme since its coming up. You get these quests from Jack hallow in the commons. you'll have to talk to maloron ashthorn in ravenwood to be able to activate the towers.
