I am unhappy about the program for Wizard101 only being downloaded on Windows computers. I am sure I am not the only person with a different type of computer that wants to download wizard101 . Also can you download it without starting an account because I have a file on another computer that I would like to access on this computer.
If you click skip for the wizard creation screen, then in the bottom left of the popup is cancel. Then you can login. I'm sure there is a faster/easier way. Also it's cookie based, accept them if you don't want to do this every time.
There are operating system "emulation" programs available for running windows type software on Macs. I suggest doing a web search. One such search provided this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CrossOver. I am sure there are others. And I have yet to see one that will absolutely promise the windows program you want to run will actually work in "emulation" mode. You take your chances until you know it actually works. Was there one that areadly did this I'm sure Wizard101 would have already recommended it.
