Wanting answers on Storm Bats

In Krokotopia I saw 3 Storm Bats near one of the stores. They flew right through a person. Can someone give me answers?

it was me i was the. but it will only work if you on lvl 20 on storm only storm

Ya, they ave very funny squeaky voices. I had my level 18 storm wizard laugh after they finished talking.

that happens,a random spell soetimes appears in type only quests
(I SAW A CENETAUR AND A CYCLOPSE IN MY QUEST!)

yeah that can happen ( like if your a life only and you get the quest for the flute ) you see a seraph ( and if your doing the unicorn way savior badge ) a sprite will appear ( AND SOMETIMES MY SELF HAS SEEN A CENTAUR IN OLDE TOWN!!! ) ( and also if your balance only you will see a judgement spell near the two balance wizard statues ) so yeah hope this helps lol 8)
