Add hot keys for menu chat items

Takes way too long to go down the menu chat list to find what you want.
Favorites down always stick around.

So... have the ability to assign a menu chat item to a hot key.

Like "Need help?" assign to F1.

"I can't go there" to F2 and so on.

all the F1 and stuff on my laptop actually does something exept F6 but a good idea
