i sent in a help and support question regarding the 3D error. i sent in my DxDiag file 2 weeks ago and mr lincoln hadn't responded to me.
is he on vacation or something? because i can't play wizard101 and i spent good money on subscription. i need an answer into why i'm getting the 3D error.
so gamma or professor greyrose, can you please help me out?
1) Make sure your Hardware Acceleration is set to Full
Open the Display Properties in the Control Panel. Click the Settings tab, click Advanced, and then click the Troubleshooting tab. Drag the Hardware Acceleration slider to the right (Full). Click Apply/OK and then click OK again. Restart the computer.
2) If the above doesn't work, please make sure your video drivers are updated - How to Update Video Driver
