Hi! I was wondering where you find the 9th yardbird because someone said the yardbird is in an alcove near Kol and I looked there but I can't find it. Can someone please give me a more specific location to it? :-D
it is in the ravenscar tower aira. I think it is in an alcove just before going out to the ice. If not to the right of there in a side road for one of the quest near the top.
You go to the VERY top like Daliva said, you will see Winterwing Darktalons & Cave Golem's .... there is a wooden bridge you have to cross over then you are very close .... you'll find the alcove not far after the bridge.
