I'm having trouble finding the teleport stones. I found all in Savarstaad Pass and 1 in Vigrid Roughland (in boiling fields) But I cannot locate more. Anybody know where they are please help! Thanks :D

8) the second one in Vigrid is (on your map) in the top-left, next to the empty hut before reaching where you ultimately fight the Ivan imposter. Its hard to get to at first, but saves time later on if you have to re-visit this area...
