The Arrow is not showing!

When I was in Mooshu in Shirtaki Temple Dungeon and when i got in it did not show an arrow to follow when all of the other players in this Dungeon did :(

the "arrow" being quest helper? if so, mine does turns off from time to time. check your settings and see if quest helper is on.
