I invited a friend before. They purchased crowns and I didn't get my 1250 crowns.
I know I'm quite late on posting, but I hope that it'll be read at least :)
I think all three ideas are great! It would be nice to get all three. I think all three would be fair because if we get someone to sign up, we're getting someone to spend at least $60 real money. Along with that, I'm sure the people we invite would be telling their friends about the game.. Word of mouth goes a long way when selling a product. So, we'd be selling the game for you. :) pleeeez could we have all three?

I like the idea of a new-house. We've already got All of the Spiral Houses. School Houses. Now? What would be next?? Seems pretty cool!!!! Or how about, they get to choose which house they want? And they get to choose out of a series of pets. And they also get 1250 crowns??

i invited four of my friends to play and they do... and i didnt get anything at all
i invited my friend too! do they need to buy crowns or a subscription?

Considering how difficult it is to get a person to join AND purchase a subscription or 5,000 crowns, I don't think the 1250 crowns is a decent enough prize.
Call me greedy, but I think that a person should be awarded the 1250 crowns, house, and pet for the first person they invite. To continue the incentive of inviting more people to join and purchase crowns, the referrer can then be granted 2500 crowns per person.
To me, that seems more fair. I understand that KI needs to make money to stay in business, but considering the average age of the players, it's too difficult to get crowns. Even for older players like myself, crowns are a commodity that I simply can not afford.
The greater the incentive to refer people to join AND purchase crowns or a subscription, however, the greater the chances will be of players making successful referrals. I for one would put much more effort into referring if the prizes were, in my opinion, worth it.

i think we should make our own pet like in the hatchery but we pick the card and every thing or with a house
