All treasure cards should be able to be crafted. Especially Pigsie, Snow Piggle, etc. because if you craft it you earn it. The crafted spell is earned and it is an accomplishment. The current reagent ratio is good. Each world should have a spell vendor with the spells from that pack. Aquila should have the eagle gods as an example. People who want the spells should be able to earn them through alternate means. Key bosses should drop rare ones too.
