Wizard101 Selena Gomez Contest
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Eligibility: Open only to residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are registered members of Wizard101.com at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter: The Contest begins on or about September 25, 2010 and ends prior to December 31, 2010 (the “Contest Period”). Limit 6 entries per Wizard101 account login. By submitting an Entry, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. Submission grants Sponsor and its agents the right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify such entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation, and without further consideration to the entrant.
Winner Selection/Judging: All qualifying characters will be selected by a random numerical drawing.
Prizes:
1st Prize (1 winner) - 1 poster signed by Selena Gomez
2nd Prize (25 winners) - 1 Wizard101 Swift Shark Mount each
3rd Prize (100 winners) - 2500 Crowns each
No prize substitution, cash equivalent or assignment/transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for applicable federal, state or local income taxes on prizes.
Winner Verification: The potential winner or their parent or legal guardian will be notified by email to their email address on file, with instructions on how to claim the prize. If the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, or no response is received within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
General Terms & Conditions/Release: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kind, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information whether caused by entrant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. By participating in the Contest, entrant agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor and the Contest Parties from and against any and all liability for any injuries, losses, harm, damage, claims, costs and expenses (including without limitation, all attorney’s fees and court costs) arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with entrant's participation in the Contest; acceptance and/or use/misuse of the prize; or any use of story by Sponsor or its agents. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Contest should a virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest.
