If your child has the email address and access to
the email account, he/she can request a new password (which will be sent to
that email address) and change the password.
If you do not have a Wizard101 Account - Click the green Play button and create a new account for you.
If you already have a Wizard101 Account - Log in to your account.
Click My Accounts on the left menu.
Click Add Accounts button.
Select YOUR Account as the Family Master Account.
Click Save and add Family Member.
If you child has an account already, select Use Existing Account.
If your child does not have an account already, select Create New Account and create account.
When you have added all the accounts you want, click the Finished button. Note: You can add more accounts in the future but you cannot remove accounts once you have added them.
2. Do not give your child the email address or password used on the parental controls or your master account.
If your child has that information, he/she may be able to buy Crowns and Memberships without your permission.

3. Do not allow your child to have access to your credit card information.
Anyone in your household who can access the master account or has your credit card, can make purchases without your permission.

On the Checkout page where you enter your credit card information, do not check the box for “save your billing information".
This will prevent anyone from purchasing new Memberships or Crowns without your permission. Memberships will automatically renew without you re-entering your card.
