Wizard101 memberships, Pirate101 memberships, and Timed Rewards subscriptions automatically renew at the same price (plus applicable taxes) at the end of the term. This will continue for additional consecutive terms (each additional term will be of equal length to the original term) and your payment method currently on file will be charged, unless canceled. Prices are subject to change based on the pricing at that current time. If the original purchase includes a discount for the first month of a one month membership or Timed Rewards, you will be charged the full price (prices subject to change) every month thereafter.
Steam players are allowed 1 renewing charge per game per Steam Wallet. This allows for multiple game memberships, but the purchases must be made separately. All the same Timed Rewards are available for Steam players at the same price. However, because of Steam billing restrictions, Timed Rewards will not renew.
Certain Timed Rewards, called Members Only Timed Rewards, require a specific qualifying membership for purchase or renewal. If the qualifying membership is changed to a non-qualifying membership or expires, this will affect how the Members Only Timed Rewards renew. If the Timed Rewards’ next renewal is earlier than the qualifying membership’s expiration date, then it is possible for the Timed Rewards to renew. You can allow the Timed Rewards to renew on their own, or you can choose to prevent any further renewals by canceling them before the qualifying membership’s expiration date. If the Timed Rewards’ next renewal is later than the qualifying membership’s expiration date, then the Timed Rewards will automatically expire.
The benefits of canceled memberships and Timed Rewards do not end until the expiration date. This means that you are free to cancel at any time without worrying about losing benefits immediately.
In order to cancel charges, you will need to end your game membership or Timed Rewards subscription before the renewal date. To make the change, please do the following:
- Go to www.wizard101.com or www.pirate101.com.
- Login with your username & password.
- Go to "My Accounts".
- Enter your Master Password if applicable.
- Click on the "Manage" tab.
- Click the "Change Plans" button.
- Click the "End" button.
- If this cancellation will affect a Timed Rewards subscription, choose how to handle the remainder of that subscription.
- Confirm cancellation.
- Complete and submit the membership feedback form.
This will stop billing for the next term. If you canceled a game membership, it will revert your account back to Free To Play after the game membership expires. To see when your account will be set back to Free To Play, go to “My Accounts” and you will see the end date for the membership or Timed Rewards with that subscription's listing.
