	What's in Store Hello young Wizards! If you don't know me, I'm Moolinda Wu, the Life School teacher. I'm so happy that our student Wizards are enjoying themselves in all the worlds of the spiral. I've even heard about Wizards gathering together to party in the Life Tower! This is a very special edition of the Ravenwood Bulletin, we have a message from Merle Ambrose, and an announcement about our new store! We also have some tips and tricks in this newsletter, Mr. Lincoln wants to let students know there's help if they need it, and there's a mysterious traveler coming to Wizard City later this month.

Mr. Lincoln's Message


	Hello Students! I’m pleased to see you all here and doing so well in your majors! I know most of you have done exceedingly well finding your way to all the classes, making new friends and completing your assignments in timely fashion, for that you should take personal satisfaction in your accomplishments. I wanted to take a moment and remind you, if you should find yourself in need of some individual tutelage I am never more than 2 clicks away! I’m always updating our big book of knowledge with articles and pointers on subjects often asked by students. You may well find the information you seek today is right there at your fingertips! Should you not find what you need, I can be reached directly by simply clicking on the Ask a Question tab of the Support section. Please remember, the more information you include in your initial question, the better I can direct you. Merle borrowed my crystal ball some time ago, so for now I need a bit more than, “I can’t log in”. If you are having trouble launching the game, specifics like, “it keeps stating my password is incorrect” or “it keeps getting stuck during the download” is most helpful in getting you squared away in short order! Also, and most importantly, we need your vigilant and heroic efforts in Wizard City. Future students depend on your success, if you send me a request for help, please let me know of your success or let me know if something doesn’t work – I’m only as good as your input!
