The emails were sent to the mailing address you used when you registered for
Wizard101 Central - the fansite located at
http://www.wizard101central.com, and
not to your Wizard101 account email address and
not to your Facebook account.
Please check the inbox and spam folder of the email address you used when you registered for Wizard101 Central. If you no longer have access to that email, contact Jester through their
contact page and he will pair your Wizard101 Central account with the code you should have received.
If you did not register to be a member of Wizard101 Central prior to December 18th 2009, you cannot receive the reward.
If you qualify, yet did not receive your code, please send a polite email
from the email address you used when you registered for Wizard101 Central to
community@wizard101.com requesting your code.

Please try your code again.
When you enter the code in the redemption box, be sure there are no spaces before or after the letter and number combination. Remember there are no letter O or I, just zeros and ones.
